My Work
Led a group of 15 secondary international school students to develop and present projects related to endangered species conservation education. We worked with other local students, community groups, government agencies, and non-profits.
Endangered Species Community Fair
Planned, organized, and led an annual 7-10 day service and experiential learning trip to Hainan Island for 3 consecutive years. Students created and implemented service and research projects in schools, village communities and nature reserves.
Annual Hainan Island Project Week
Worked with Guangzhou Waterwalks to host and promote water conservation education with international and Chinese students.
Waterwalks
Organized a symposium of local and international educators, travel companies, and non-profits to develop opportunities for experiential and service learning.
