Worked with fishers, boat operators, boatbuilders, and the village community of Sanniangwan to promote awareness and best practices for dolphin conservation

Worked with volunteer groups, to build a corps of trained villagers, local college students, and staff who can educate and train other about marine biodiversity conservation and sustainable tourism.

Worked with teachers, volunteers, and staff to develop and run biodiversity course and camps.

Worked with universities, including University of Queensland and Shandong Ocean University, and government agencies to develop the Center as a research base.
